NATIONAL BIOENERGY UNION
The National Bioenergy Union has been found in Russia. This organization is about to become second to none structure in bio fuel branch. The Union is supported by major Moscow and Saint-Petersburg structures.
On the 30 of March within the Spring Biofuel Congress 2007 the corner stone for a new association (National Bioenergy Union) has been laid. Nineteen companies from different regions of Russia became the establishers of the Union.
The main purposes of the Union are:
- to consolidate the efforts of commercial and non-commercial organizations with the federal and regional authorities ъюэёюышфрЎш in order to find resolutions for the questions of branch development of the area,
- to rise the rival positions of the bio fuel branch on the internal and export market,
- to popularize bioenergy on the territory of Russian Federation.
In order to achieve the mentioned purposes, the Union plans to develop partnership between private property holders and the authorities to guarantee the investing. Furthermore, the Union will be working on attracting the investors, lobbying the interests of the members of the Union, in different structures on federal and regional levels represent Russian branch interests on international market.
The branch unions all over the world are a serious force in protecting the branch representativesТ interests. In Europe the AEBIOM has started up Ц it includes almost all the associations of the branch from 25 European countries. The association runs conferences, works out the international standards, represents the interests of itТs members in different structures, provides information and needed analysis operations for the branch.
